We are a nonprofit organisation, and are run by a small committee of trustees, many of whom are parents or persons with strong links to the community.

Our preschool was originally situated on a small site in Rodwell, licenced from the Ludlow family of Devenish Brewery.

When the brewery was sold, the preschool had to find a new home and after much fund raising a new building was built on part of an under used playground off Rodwell Avenue.

The present purpose built building was opened on 26th June 1996. The preschool is a Registered Charity managed by an elected Committee (mainly parents/carers). We benefit from one large indoor play room and a conservatory, and have two secure outside area's where the children can play and learn. We encourage continuous indoor and outdoor play giving children plenty of choices, and freedom, to choose where they learn best.

The preschool is in receipt of funding for the provision of free early education to children aged two, three and four years and we support children who learn English as an additional language.
